Getting Started
How do I create my first note?
Sign in and tap the microphone button on the dashboard. Record your audio, choose an output style, and your structured note will be generated automatically.
What output styles are available?
We offer six styles: bullet summary, meeting minutes, email draft, blog post, to-do list, and "write like me" which adapts to your personal writing style.
Can I edit my notes after they are generated?
Yes. Open any note and click on the title or content to edit it. Changes are saved automatically.
Recording & Transcription
How long can I record?
Free users can record up to 5 minutes per note. Pro users can record up to 60 minutes.
What languages are supported?
Our AI transcription supports many languages. English has the highest accuracy, but most major languages work well with clear audio.
Why is my transcription inaccurate?
Transcription quality depends on audio clarity. Try recording in a quiet environment, speaking clearly, and keeping the microphone close.
Account & Billing
What are the free plan limits?
The free plan includes 25 notes per month, 5-minute recordings, and 3 folders.
How does the free trial work?
New users get 14 days of full Pro access. No credit card is required to start.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings and click "Manage Subscription" to access the billing portal. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.
Privacy & Data
Is my data private?
Yes. Your recordings and notes are stored securely and never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I delete my data?
You can delete individual notes and folders from the app. To delete your entire account, contact us at support@easyaudionotes.com.
