1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EasyAudioNotes ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EasyAudioNotes is a web application that allows you to record voice memos and convert them into structured, organized notes using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided on a freemium model with free and paid tiers.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Free and Pro Plans

The free plan has usage limits as described on our pricing page. The Pro plan ($79/year) removes most limits. Plan details and pricing may change with notice.

5. Payment & Refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all audio recordings, transcriptions, and notes you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service (transcription, structuring, storage).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload content that infringes on others' rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage

8. AI-Generated Content

Notes generated by our AI are provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated transcriptions and structuring may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the content.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyAudioNotes and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@easyaudionotes.com.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
