Audio Recordings: When you use our recording feature, your audio is processed by our AI service to generate transcriptions and structured notes. Audio files may be stored temporarily for processing.

Notes & Content: Your transcriptions, structured notes, folders, and tags are stored in our database to provide the service.

Usage Data: We track aggregate usage (note counts, recording minutes) to enforce plan limits and improve the service.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the EasyAudioNotes service
  • To transcribe your audio recordings and generate structured notes
  • To manage your account and process payments
  • To send transactional emails (welcome, usage alerts, billing)
  • To improve our service quality and fix bugs

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Google Gemini API: Audio is sent for transcription. Google's API data usage policies apply.
  • Supabase: Database hosting and authentication.
  • Stripe: Payment processing.
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication via Supabase, and row-level security policies on our database.

5. Data Retention

Your notes and account data are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual notes at any time. To delete your account entirely, contact support@easyaudionotes.com.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of your data. Contact us at support@easyaudionotes.com for any data requests.

7. Cookies

EasyAudioNotes uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
